Robert installed a panel in a walk-in shower that has been done incorrectly by a previous person. Courteous and knowledgeable. He corrected a previous installation. He did not say anything bad about the previous person. He stated what he was going to do to correct it and he did! Great job! Wish he had been able to do the complete installation. What started out as just a tile replacement job turned into a much bigger job. The company that installed our new shower in our master bath cut some corners and there was significant rot and a leak coming from our shower to downstairs. When Rob figured this out and had pulled up all of the tile he immediately called me in to walk me through all of the issues, his communication was great. A small job turned into a large job with a lot of plumbing and rot fixing below our shower. He was honest and upfront with me about the incremental costs and the extent of the damage. I am very pleased with the outcome and his honesty in getting this job complete. I would definitely hire him again for any kind of work.
